Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FlowDesk Apps handles information when customers use our Atlassian Marketplace apps, including Queue Manager for JSM.
Information processed by the app
Queue Manager for JSM may process information available in your Atlassian site, including:
- Jira project identifiers and project metadata needed to run inside a project context.
- Jira issue data returned by configured queue JQL filters.
- Jira fields selected for display in queue tables.
- Atlassian account identifiers used to save user preferences and check permissions.
- Project roles used to determine who can manage queues.
Information stored by the app
The app stores configuration data using Atlassian Forge storage, including queue definitions, JQL filters, column settings, priority groups, access-role settings, and user preferences such as selected queue, collapsed groups, sidebar state, density, and language.
The app is designed to query Jira issue data when needed rather than storing full issue records as app configuration.
Hosting and subprocessors
Queue Manager for JSM runs on Atlassian Forge. App storage and runtime are provided by Atlassian as part of the Forge platform. FlowDesk Apps does not intentionally send app data to external analytics, advertising, or marketing services.
Data retention and deletion
App configuration remains stored while the app is installed and while the configuration is needed for the customer site. Customers may delete queues and priority groups in the app. Customers may also uninstall the app from their Atlassian site.
